Softballs, etc....

Bible Time involves five now as Trey's beginning to be awake more. It's so special to spend evenings/mornings with the boys and Scott, talking about the power and love of God!

Sarah had us over last Friday to play in the sprinkler and pool. How fun! And their yard is so perfect with soft grass and shade.

CSC Softball Tournament:
This is an event hosted by the CSC. Benefits go to the student center. The teams participating are church leagues throughout the city.

We are tremendously grateful for all the help pulling off this year's softball tournament. Not as many teams signed up this year, but we hope the added attractions: live music, jumper and mini golf for kids, shade, stylish shirts, hats and bags, raffle drawing, etc... will attract more teams in 2010. Doubling the tournament and better promoting sponsors will make it greater next year.

Fun for Kids (also new)

The miniature golf course should be more extensive next year. However, the blocks were movable, so by the time these young men were done rearranging the obstacles, they had created and played an 18-hole course! Ha!

WOW!!! That softball tournament is a huge deal!! I can imagine all the additions definitely helping interest and participation!! Plus, they're nicer for you, so ... hey, no complaints!

Soft grass and shade...?! Call us next time and we'll bop over for some fun! >heh<

The picture you took of Trey listening as Scott teaches from the Word...? Breathtaking. It is one of the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen ... beautiful in every way.

The 'sweetness' pictures you posted are truly that. Purely, preciously sweet. I absolutely hate to be missing out on it all, but so greatly appreciate your efforts to keep us updated and as 'involved/informed' as possible. The toes in the blanket.... Outstanding.

Thanks, also, for being the exact wife my brother needed, to be his partner in crime for all the adventuring he wants to do!! The camping pictures perfectly exhibit the expected array of camping activities!! What does Scott's T-shirt say? "We have more fun because of ..." what? There is something so very familiar about the shirtless boys in the tent; my mind recalls the smell of a tent! LOL!

The "Men Shots": hilarious! Very amusing to me. lol

And, ah(!), the various expressions on the sweet faces of your three littles!! It is such a JOY to see Trey's little smile!!!!! Wwwwwwwow!

Does Ranne have an underbite? Justus's teeth did that for a while, but now are meeting more 'end-to-end', like Dad's. *sigh* That seems to be a Free trait that I would prefer would NOT be passed on. argh!

The tournament IS a big deal. Hopefully we can double the participation this year. I would think that would need to start NOW.

It would be awesome if you could be there during that time, though you wouldn't see your bro much. Busy, busy. Like a chicken...you know.

You are welcome for all the pics. We appreciate yours too and feel homesick upon seeing your faces every time. I don't know how you keep everyone up-to-date so well, but we are grateful you take the time.

HA, Scott's shirt says "because of ME", meaning Marriage Enrichment. We were given the shirts at a 'date night' the state puts on for marriage enrichment services. But, the fact that Scott wears the shirt is funny because all the fun we have IS due to him.

Arg. He goes have an under bite. I am not sure what will happen with that as he matures. It must be a Free thing. My bite was never like that, but was very narrow. I remember Justus being similar. It's very cute when I'm not cringing to think about having it fixed.

Man, I want to see you all someday. Is there any chance you'll be going North for Christmas?
